• All event bookings made through our platform are final and non-refundable.
• Once a ticket is booked, cancellations or refunds are not permitted under any circumstances, including no-shows or change of plans.
• We request users to verify event details, dates, and terms carefully before completing the booking.
• In the rare case of an event cancellation by the organizer, users will be notified, and refund procedures (if applicable) will be communicated separately.
